Everything was great! Our king jet tub suite was very clean, breakfast was off the chain. Front desk was helpful and the location was great! Will be staying again! And let me add no "hotel smell" and that's a huge plus! Just hate no balconies .

Had to stay here for about 3 weeks while doing career training. Long way from home so it was hard at first. Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was always hot and ready on time. They served the same thing every day while I was there so it got a bit old but it was better than nothing. Pretty decent selection of TV channels too.

Nothing works inside the hotel room. TV doesn't work. Had to get a new remote. USB ports don't work. Had to have my room changed. Front desk refuses to provide receipts for purchases. Shower curtains are ripped. Room not replenished or restocked. Worse hotel experience ever.

It’s located in a good central location on University. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. But the WiFi was terrible during my stay. No connection or very slow. So that dampened the experience. Also the tissue paper holders in the bathrooms were rusted. It was an OK stay

The Suites are nice clean cool and accommodating. The morning breakfast was good as well. The representative at the front desk wasn't exactly welcoming. Customer service with a coke and a smile doesn't exist here.

The Location of this hotel was exactly where we needed it to be. It was also nice having a hot breakfast included that had something for everyone in our family to eat.

The biggest complaint I had with this hotel was that the HVAC unit did not work as well as it should have. It didn't matter what we set the temp & fan speed to, it stayed the same all the time. It even cut itself off twice during the night. Negative: ""
